Sales and shipping terms
Prices and availability
Prices are quoted per work in US dollars and confirmed in writing at the time of inquiry. Published availability is indicative: a piece may be reserved while another inquiry is being answered.
Reservation and payment
A work is reserved with a 50% deposit (40% for commissions, upon sketch approval). Domestic transfer, international wire and card payment on request are accepted. Invoices are issued when required.
Authenticity
Every work ships with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and a technical sheet listing title, year, medium and dimensions.
Crating and shipping
Museum-grade crating included. Insured domestic shipping within Mexico and international shipping via specialized carrier; import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Estimated lead times are confirmed in writing before final payment.
Returns
If a work arrives damaged in transit, report it with photographs within 48 hours of delivery so the insurance claim can be filed. Commissioned works are not returnable due to change of preference.
Copyright
Reproduction and moral rights remain with the artist. Purchase transfers ownership of the object, not commercial reproduction rights. For editorial or advertising use, write to contacto@maguila.art.
